We have been working closely with HMO since January 2019. Our joint vision is to create seamless transitions for our young people through their academic journey.
Staff have opportunities to collaborate and learn from each other, whilst both schools shared resources and skills in key areas.
Our key aims from our collaboration are to ensure excellent transitions from Primary to Secondary , to share knowledge and give every young person with SENDÂ who come to us the very best.
