Transition into Secondary School and then out into further education, care or work can be a formidable challenge for our students and their families.
Through working together we can ensure that each young person has a bespoke transition into school and then a measured transition to the next phase of their education, care or employment – and that can be earlier should it be realised that an opportunity for a young person to progress to a different organisation may be the very best thing for them.
